Louise Domingues is a strategic thinker and institutional leader working at the intersection of economics, leadership, public service and human development. With a Master’s in Applied Economics & Big Data from Trinity College Dublin, a background in psychoanalysis, theology and philosophy, and experience across global corporations, public institutions and civil society, her work is driven by one central question: how to build responsible strategies, leadership and growth without losing human thinking.
Founder and CEO of the Brazil Ireland Association (BRIA), former Global Leader at TikTok, and deeply engaged with governments, institutions and leaders, Louise supports people and organisations navigating complexity, international growth and the future of work — in conscious partnership with AI.
