Louise Domingues is a Dublin-based strategist, Managing Director, Board President, economist, and psychoanalyst working at the intersection of business growth, international expansion, leadership, institutional development, and human intelligence.
Her career spans three decades across Brazil, Ireland, Europe, the Americas, and Asia, with experience in global technology, public-sector environments, international business, and community leadership.
She has worked inside organisations such as TikTok, Meta, Coinbase, and Google, leading global operations, knowledge management frameworks, training architecture, executive reporting systems, governance structures, and cross-market performance improvement initiatives.
At TikTok, Louise built the global Knowledge Management function for the Monetization and Integrity division from the ground up, supporting global programme launches, operational alignment, and measurable improvements in client satisfaction and revenue impact.
Today, she serves as Managing Director of RHF Talents Ireland and the United Kingdom, leading the first international expansion of Brazil’s largest HR consultancy. Through this work, she supports companies, professionals, and partners in building bridges between Brazil, Ireland, the United Kingdom, and wider international markets.
In parallel, Louise is the Founder and President of the Board of the Brazil-Ireland Association, a structured Brazilian-led professional and community organisation in Ireland. The association brings together professionals, volunteers, institutions, and partners to strengthen the Brazilian community while contributing to Ireland’s social and economic landscape.
Louise also contributes within the Houses of the Oireachtas, supporting the work of a sitting senator, and is completing postgraduate studies in Applied Economics and Big Data at Trinity College Dublin, where her research explores the relationship between workplace mental health and economic performance.
Her work is rooted in one central belief: sustainable growth requires more than technology, capital, or ambition. It requires human intelligence, ethical structure, emotional depth, and the ability to build systems that help people and organisations grow without losing their centre.
